Financial Management Systems Specialist
Duties
As a Financial Management Systems Specialist, your typical work assignments may include:
- Designs, develops, implements and evaluates strategic plans and solutions to design, develop and deliver training programs in an e-learning environment.
- Reviews existing financial management policies, procedures and operations for the purpose of identifying training programs and requirements.
- Designs, develops, and executes training delivery support solutions. Identify, analyze, design, and execute training-related logistical and technical requirements and solutions.
- Ensures accounting procedures are compatible with the financial management systems, and ensures related reporting modules capture required data, and are effective in providing information necessary for financial planning, programming, and analysis.
- Designs, develops and maintains standard operating procedures for user registration database, processes and tracking systems. Identifies and documents standard operating procedures for design, development, and execution processes and other technical and logistical solutions. Provides recommendations for improvements.
