BOH manager

Looking for an effective communicator with knowledge about food safety. 

Must have BOH experience
Must have manager's food handling certificate.
Must speak English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:
- Using staff effectively during slow periods and rushes
- Communicating with the owner and FOH manager
- Ordering accurately to minimize waste
- Being able to put out orders quickly and accurately
- Leading the line when busy
