Essential Functions
- Research: Conduct market research to gather data on industry trends, competitor strategies, and target audience demographics.
- Social Media Management: Help manage and schedule social media posts, suggest ways to engage with followers, and analyze social media performance metrics.
- Design and Creative Tasks: Create or edit visual assets for marketing materials, using design software.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Gather and organize data on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to inform marketing decisions.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, and maintaining organized files and documents.
- Reporting: Create reports on marketing performance and assist in presenting findings to the team, providing insights for decision-making.
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Communication skill, written and verbal
- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
