Mental Health Therapist- Counselor

Arden Shores Counseling is a small group private practice. We are seeking therapists who are passionate about mental health and have a interest trauma informed care for all ages. EMDR training is available to new employees and ongoing EMDR support for working with children and adults.

Therapist candidate must have a master's degree or higher in psychology, social work or marriage and family therapy. Currently licensed in the state of MN as one of the follow: LPCC, LMFT, LICSW or LP. Pre-licensed LPC/LPCC practitioners and LGSW will be considered. Board approved supervision is available for LPC/LPCC track and LGSW.

Therapist job duties: managing a caseload of clients, inputting patient data, verifying insurance, completing notes/ charting, maintaining paperwork and billing in a timely manner. Full time case load is 30-35 clients and an average of 20-24 session per week. Our office is open Monday-Friday 8am-6pm. We offer full benefits, and sick leave to all employees.
