This is a high-impact, strategic role where the successful candidate will be at the forefront of introducing fully robotic processing equipment to the market. While the company has already achieved success with installations worldwide, North America represents a major growth opportunity.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A degreed engineer with proven experience in robotics.
  • Expertise in mechatronic simulation, 3D-CAD (Inventor or SolidWorks), servo motors, and air cylinders.
  • Passion for automation, innovation, and problem-solving in food processing.
  • For candidates in the Northwest Arkansas area, hybrid work may be an option based on the candidate’s location.
