Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Watchung Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LPC) to join our growing Behavioral Health program!
As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive mental health services to children and families. Your expertise will help us deliver holistic care that addresses the unique needs of our patients.
The Professional Candidate will:
- Provide mental health assessments and evaluations
- Offer short-term therapeutic interventions
- Connect families with specialists for long-term therapy
- Collaborate with our pediatricians to develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide parental education and guidance
- Initiate and coordinate referrals for clinically indicated services
- Travel to our different locations as needed

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in social work or related field
- LCSW or LPC license in New Jersey
- 1-3 years' experience, preferably in pediatrics
