PRODUCTION ASSISTANTS NEEDED  Bridal  Pop-Up (Bridal Fashion Week)

📍 Location: Meatpacking District, NYC

About Les Aimants

Les Aimants is a cutting-edge bridal brand redefining the wedding dress experience through customization and technology. Our upcoming fashion pop-up during Bridal Fashion Week in NYC will showcase our latest designs in an immersive, high-touch experience.

We’re looking for three highly organized and proactive Production Assistants  to help ensure smooth coordination and execution of the event. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love fashion, and have a sharp eye for detail, we’d love to have you on board!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setup and breakdown of the pop-up space.
  • Manage guest check-ins and VIP appointments.
  • Provide on-site support for our team, including designers and stylists.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of client fittings and walk-ins.
  • Maintain the showroom’s presentation and merchandise organization.
  • Support with press, media, and influencer interactions.
  • Run errands and handle any ad-hoc requests to keep things running smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in fashion, retail, hospitality, or luxury events is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to stay composed under pressure in a high-energy setting.
  • Passion for fashion, bridal, and luxury retail.
  • Must be available for the full duration of April 9th – 13th.

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate 15$/hour
