What We Offer:

What You’ll Do:

1. Leadership & Team Development:

  • Execute regional sales strategies that hit and exceed revenue targets.
  • Hold regular one-on-one check-ins to provide performance feedback, address gaps, and support professional growth.
  • Set clear expectations and ensure your team consistently meets key performance indicators (KPIs) and role responsibilities.

2. Distributor Partner Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Distributor Partners (DPs).
  • Execute all aspects of the annual sales plan through the distributor network, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with DPs to drive key metrics and revenue goals.
  • Develop benchmarking systems, establish clear expectations, and recommend strategic improvements to optimize distributor performance.

3. Strategic Market Development:

  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales efforts align with broader company objectives.
  • Oversee distributor orders, inventory management, and forecasting to meet revenue and market needs.
  • Achieve sales goals across On-Premise, Off-Premise, Chain, and Independent markets and more.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Strong Business Acumen: Expertise in planning, market analysis, and strategic problem-solving.
  • Exceptional Leadership Skills: A proven ability to lead, influence, and inspire teams to achieve results.
  • Master Communicator: Excellent verbal and written presentation skills that drive alignment and action.
  • Negotiation & Influencing Skills: Confidence and skill in fostering win-win outcomes in complex situations.
  • Analytical Thinking: A strategic mindset to analyze trends and implement forward-thinking solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to travel as needed (business-related travel expenses reimbursed).
  • Physical capability to walk, sit, and stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proven experience in sales, distributor relations, and team leadership.
  • A results-driven professional ready to make an impact.
