Provides technical support and expertise on a variety of network and application systems for Ingham ISD and its constituent districts under the direction of Director of Technology Services.
• Install, configure and manage backups across our constituent K12 school districts. Facilitates and assists with disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing. Knowledge of IBM’s Spectrum Protect and Synology preferred.
• Install, configure, monitor, document and maintain the performance of managed network infrastructure for quality, capacity, and security. Make recommendations for improvement. Develops and provides network monitoring and reporting.
