Responsibilities

• Provide Individual, Family and Group Therapy, supervised by unit clinical leadership 
• Complete psychosocial assessments and identify psychosocial issues impacting patients and their families 
• Work with unit team to address resources for aftercare and treatment needs 
• Work with outside agency’s as part of the discharge planning process

Qualifications

• NYS LMSW/LCSW/ License 
• MSW Special support given to prepare for licensing exam within 6 months

Salary range $55,000-$70,000 based on experience and licensure. Additional for formal certification in bi-lingual language proficiency.

Monday thru Friday

Experience-based salary scale range $55,000-$70,000 with additional compensation for licensure and years of experience. Additional for Formal Certification in bi-lingual language proficiency
