Responsibilities

• Assist customers with policy inquiries, claims processing, and coverage details.
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Process policy changes, renewals, and billing inquiries accurately.
• Educate clients on available insurance products and recommend suitable options.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive relationship.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Detail Oriented
• Customer Service Oriented and Friendly.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
