What You’ll Be Doing

Your role supports our sales and operational teams with technical insight, product sourcing, and continuous process improvement. Expect to be in the mix—whether it’s behind the data, out in the field, or collaborating cross-functionally.

1. Process Optimization & Documentation

  • Help improve operations by updating and developing SOPs
  • Build documentation that promotes safety, efficiency, and compliance

2. Market Intelligence & Business Analytics

  • Track rig activity, permits, and market data using Enverus and other tools
  • Provide insights to support strategic sales decisions

3. QA/QC Support

  • Participate in facility inspections and product quality checks
  • Help maintain technical and quality standards across the business

4. Technical Product Support & Sourcing

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to test, source, and deploy products
  • Assist with technical presentations, customer conversations, and on-site support

5. Data Collection & Reporting

  • Gather field data and develop reports, visuals, and technical documentation
  • Contribute to new product development and trend tracking through clean, visual reporting

What You Bring to the Table

Education & Experience:

  • Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Current students in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (junior/senior year) encouraged to apply
  • 1+ year experience through internship, co-op, or technical role preferred
  • Exposure to the chemical or oil & gas industries is a plus
