Account Manager

Account Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Promptly acknowledge and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with precise solutions that meet or exceed their expectations
  • Manage client’s transactional needs through direct interactions, including renewal, new sales, and services according to brand standards and company procedures
  • Travel to assigned territories to conduct direct meetings with existing and potential customers to increase profit margins and improve our customer experience 
  • Coach and mentor entry-level team members on technical, procedural, relationship-building, and sales skills
  • Set an efficient schedule and manage workflow to ensure efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy 
  • Stay up to date with industry information, new product announcements, sales, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance
  • Interact with clients effectively by utilizing exceptional active listening skills, cooperating purposefully, and providing information and guidance, as needed, to achieve sales goals
  • Seek new and innovative ways to improve the client experience, drive sales revenue, and communicate ideas to fellow Account Managers and upper management for implement tactics

The Following Qualifications Are Preferred: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration or communications 
  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is a must!
  • 1-2 years of experience in an entry-level Management, Leadership, Account Manager, Client Relations, Sales, or Customer Support role
