Job Description:
We’re seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial-minded Business Broker to join our team. In this role, you'll act as a key intermediary between business buyers and sellers—guiding clients through every step of the acquisition or sale process. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a passion for business, networking, and deal-making.

Responsibilities:

Source and engage with business owners interested in selling

Identify and qualify prospective buyers

Facilitate meetings, negotiations, and transactions between buyers and sellers

Perform basic valuations and assist in preparing businesses for sale

Guide clients through due diligence, contract review, and closing

Maintain confidentiality and act with the highest level of professionalism

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently

Sales, finance, or commercial real estate experience is a plus

Understanding of small business operations a plus

Must be comfortable with a 100% commission compensation model
