Event Coordinator Intern

RPX Media Production is planning a creative manga pop-up at Tiger Sugar Doraville, and we need an Event Coordinator Intern who thrives in fast-paced environments and can handle multiple moving parts. This is ideal for someone studying event management or hospitality—or just passionate about live experiences.

***Stipend will be paid based on the profitability of the event. Performance bonuses possible.

Responsibilities:
● Assist with logistical coordination, including schedules, equipment setup, and inventory
● Help organize and prep the in-store slideshow for the event (projector visuals, scene art, motion graphics)
● Manage communications with vendors, café staff, and contributors on the day of
● Help ensure signage, merch displays, and venue materials are in place and on-brand
● Handle checklists and help solve problems in real-time during the event

Qualifications:
● Great organizational and multitasking skills
● Comfortable with Google Docs/Sheets, Canva or PowerPoint
● Calm under pressure and ready to assist in a live event setting
● Experience with event planning or AV setup is a plus
● Bonus if you're creative or enjoy theme-based experiences like cosplay, gaming, or manga
