What You’ll Do as an RN Charge Nurse (3p-11p): 

• Oversee and coordinate nursing care for residents during the shift 
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members 
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans 
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care and ensure resident safety 
• Maintain accurate medical records and uphold clinical policies 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Active and unencumbered RN License 
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred 
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills 
• A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a difference
