Summary:

Tropic Mechanical is the #1 HVAC provider for Hospitals and Educational institutions in Florida and one of the largest subcontractors in the State of Florida area.  

We are seeking talented young engineers looking for long-term employment with an innovative industry leader.  

At Tropic Mechanical, will learn the fundamentals of HVAC Engineering, Construction and Project Management, working with numerous experienced Professional Engineers with varying experience from 3-30 years.   You will have an opportunity to work hand in hand with experienced engineers and one of our numerous experienced PE's 

Candidates will learn real world skills in the field and then be quickly asked to translate those into engineering solutions within a short time of starting.  All entry level engineers will have the opportunity to lead their own projects within 6 months of employment.

Project:

Tropic specializes in high-end, complex and interesting projects, and as a large Mechanical Contractor, new recruits will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business from the ground up.

We have an active backlog in high profile projects and new employees will be involved in large projects from very early on.

We are based in Miami, FL but have active projects and opportunities throughout the state. 

Tropic has an active program with graduate engineers in a dynamic and interesting work environment. We incentivize young engineers to pursue FE and PE exams and employees will have opportunities to work first-hand on major projects immediately.
