Construction Project Manager Intern
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain good communication with Clients and Subcontractors
- Listen, learn and cooperate with other team members
- Organize and maintain internal job documentation
- Prepare Subcontractor contracts
- Administer RFI process
- Ensure any changes to drawings are communicated and disseminated
- Prepare change requests, change orders, and close out documents
- Assist with bidding of projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Display strong time management
- Experience with Microsoft Office required
